I'm 34 years old, my husband is 35 and we have been TTC for nearly two years now. We got married in 2013 and imagined that we would effortlessly conceive our first child on honeymoon.
No luck, and we realised that after all this time something might actually be wrong.
I've had loads of scans, all of which have shown various cysts; hemorraghic, multilocular, complex etc, but nothing major that should stop me from getting pregnant. HSG was clear and AMH, FSH, LH levels etc were all normal/optimal. Sperm results - motility, morphology, concentration etc were all below normal so possibly therein lies the problem, combined with my overexcited ovaries.
So we are now on a massive health drive - alcohol, smoking and unhealthy foods are now a distant memory and our biscuit tin is now filled with supplements.
And I have started blogging! And loving it.
